A Couple weeks ago i made it Down to Farm Jam 2013 to catch up with the Frews brothers and watch some 2 wheeled action. I think i have been to every farm jam, even before it was called farm jam when it was just a bunch of mates riding camping and having fun down on the Frew Farm. I have been there in all weather conditions from jandels and sunscreen sun to gumboots and swandrys, rain and wind. But this year was a cracker lots of sun and not much wind plus heaps of very talented riders made for a great day.
KOARSE Team Rider Jesse Dobias put himself out of contention the week before farm while practicing at the KOARSE Ranch he went down hard and broke his femur get well soon Jesse. That left Calum Shore to fly the flag for KOARSE and Calum did pretty well finishing up 4th overall, congrats CBop you were riding awsum, Calum finished 3rd overall on satarday in the freestyle section of the comp but a 7th in Thursdays freeride section put him 4th overall well done Calum a bit more practicing at Shooevill his new home in Aus and he will be back next year to take an overall podium spot.
KOARSE is now also sponsoring Freestyle team Freestyle NZ Ind. they had Rider Trent Garton competing at farm jam but unfortunately he broke his suspension on the thusday and didn’t get to compete on the Satarday but i heard he was riding preety good before his suspension let go.
Congrats to Dan, Brett and Chris for putting on another great farm jam the thing just keeps getting bigger and better each year
Here is a couple of snaps i took.
